Frequently Asked Questions

Q) Do you accept insurance?

We do not accept insurance at our offices. We do, however, accept flex spending or health savings cards.

Q) How long is your program?

All our programs are month-to-month and based on a 4-week time frame. You can stop any time you like and there is no contract. When you are finished losing weight, we have several maintenance program options for you to choose from.

Q) How much weight can lose with Semaglutide?

In clinical studies, participants who received Semaglutide lost an average of 15% of their body weight over a 68-week period, compared to 2.4% for those receiving a placebo. However, individual results may vary. Patients on our Rapid Wight Loss Program typically lose 10 – 30 pounds per month, although results vary by person.

Q) Can I still go out to eat?

Yes, you can. Our diet consists of real foods. Just be careful to make the right selections and watch your portion size. Our program will help guide you as to which foods to choose.

Q) Am I too old/young to do your diet?

Not necessarily. Our diet will work for every patient, every time, as long as you follow it correctly.

Q) I am a vegetarian. Can I still do your diet?

Yes. We can adjust the diet for anyone, and we have had many vegetarian/vegan patients over the years who have been very successful.

Q) Am I a candidate for this program if I have diabetes?

Absolutely, this is the best diet for diabetic patients! Almost all Type II Diabetic patients can eliminate insulin and oral diabetic medications if following the diet correctly. Usually within as little as 4 days, our patients will have normal blood sugars and be off all diabetic medications! Fasting blood sugars usually run between 90 and 120 mg/dl.

Q) Am I a candidate for the diet if I have high blood pressure?

Yes! Obesity is a common factor that can lead to high blood pressure. Studies show that just 10 lbs. of weight loss can lower your blood pressure 20-30 points! Most patients can come off all blood pressure medications with proper weight loss.

Q) I have taken diet pills before and they don’t work for me. Can you still help?

We have several different medication/injection options available and will help find the best combination for you based on your needs and current situation e.g. your health history, medications etc.

Q) When I finish the program, will I gain my weight back?

Not unless you are overeating. We will repeat the body composition testing when you are finished and tell you exactly how many calories and carbs you can eat per day so that you will not gain weight. If you do not overeat, you will not gain fat. This number of calories will vary from person to person so make sure you come in for that final visit so we can repeat the BIA testing and go over the results with you.
