  • 5 oz canned chicken, chunk light, in water, drained and flaked (or shredded, cooked chicken)
    14 oz canned artichokes hearts, drained , chopped
    1 Italian salad dressing, dry packet (.7 oz package)
    8 oz sour cream

    1/4 cup Walden Farms mayonnaise
    8 oz Cheese, havarti, deli, 1″ cube (1 cup)
    1/4 cup low sodium parmesan cheese, finely shredded

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
    In medium bowl, blend chicken, artichoke, dressing mix, sour cream, mayonnaise, 1/2 cup Havarti, and Parmesan.
    Transfer to small baking dish, top with remaining Havarti.
    Bake 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
