Ingredients for 8 Servings

  • – 3 pounds ground turkey
    – Few dashes of Worcestershire sauce
    – ¼ cup finely diced onion
    – ¼ cup finely diced red bell pepper
    – 2 eggs, lightly beaten
    – ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
    – 1 clove garlic, peeled and minced

  • 1) Gather all ingredients.
    2) Mix ground turkey, onion, bell pepper, eggs, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper together in a large bowl.
    3) Form into 12 patties, place on parchment lined pan and freeze for 15 minutes.
    4) Cook the patties in a medium skillet or grill over medium heat, turning once, to an internal temperature of 180 degrees F (85 degrees C).
    5) Add toppings of choice and serve hot!
