Ingredients for 4-8 Servings

  • – 8 chicken thighs, skin removed
    – 8 ounces Walden farms tomato basil sauce
    – 2 tablespoons tomato paste
    – 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
    – 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    – 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
    – 1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste
    – 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
    – 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, 1 ounce

Preparation

  • 1) Place the chicken in a greased 9×13″ glass baking dish. Mix all the remaining ingredients except the cheeses. Spoon the sauce over the chicken.
    2) Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on MEDIUM power 30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
    3) Top with the cheeses and cook, uncovered, on MEDIUM 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

    Do not freeze
