– ½ pound lean ground turkey
– 1 tablespoon onion powder
– 1 small branch fresh rosemary

- 1) In a medium bowl, mix ground turkey with onion powder.
2) Reserve some rosemary for garnish, remove the leaves and mince finely to get 1 teaspoon. Add to the turkey. Add ½ teaspoon of salt and ¼ teaspoon of ground black pepper and mix all ingredients well.
3) Form the mixture into 16 meatballs. Heat a large nonstick skillet over high heat. Add the meatballs and cook for 2 minutes on each side. Reduce heat to medium and roll the meatballs around the pan so they don’t stick. Cook, turning occasionally until the meat is firm, 6-8 minutes. Do not overcook, you want them to remain moist). Garnish with remaining rosemary and serve immediately.
