  • 3-4 slices turkey bacon, chopped.
    6 eggs.
    1 cup heavy cream.
    1/2 teaspoon salt.
    8 ounces Swiss cheese, shredded.

  • 1. Fry the bacon pieces until brown and crispy; drain on paper towel. In a medium bowl, beat the eggs. Add the cream and salt; mix well.
    2. Arrange the cheese and bacon evenly in the bottom of a greased 9-10 inch glass pie plate.
    3. Pour the egg mixture over the cheese.
    4. Bake at 350º, 35-40 minutes, until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
